Beginners luck

I love it! As a beginner and having a Fender is ideal. I did my research because I noticed some Fenders have thick strings but the FA-100 is perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the gig bag wasn't as padded as I thought. But all in all the guitar sounds perfect, looks great and everything came in on time. I am VERY PLEASED
Perfect pack around guitar

I bought this guitar for my 14 year old daughter to be able to play and pack around figuring that it was fairly cheap and I would not be worried if it accidently got scratched, damaged, or abused when camping or at the river, etc.

I just aquired a 1997 les paul studio, not on this site but still i wanted to share my experience with potential buyers, i have had a strat since 1998 and thought it was a good guitar, but after 5 minutes on my les paul, there are no words that can describe the feeling....the feel, the sound..., if you cant afford a more expensive les paul, this one will give you the sounds without breaking your wallet, i know i am selling my strat now...there will be no going back for me....you can be sure you are getting the real thing, only without the frills...

This instrument might actually be in a class of its own. That is, it would be extremely difficult to find a guitar in this price band that comes even remotely close in terms of quality; not only with regard to craftsmanship, but certainly the sound it produces. The Applause exceeds expectation whether it is unplugged, amplified, or even run directly through a mixer. Beyond sounding comparatively spectacular, it is far more durable than perhaps any other hollow-bodied instrument on the market due to its components and design. The electronics are reliable and the instrument is accessible, or playable, to even the most novice of musicians. This guitar is the ideal instrument for a beginner or a younger musician, simply because it is cost efficient, durable, and as easy to play for the price as one might be able to find anywhere. Even experienced guitarists will almost certainly appreciate its action, sound and durability if not only for the purposes of practice and travel. This is an exceptional value and an excellent instrument.

Small, nice and light. Beautiful

Just what I expected. I ordered the natural color one, and I'm satisfied.
It is a beautiful designed, ultra-light, low-action, and great-sounding instrument. Acoustic or electrically. You can't miss. For the price, it is a great bargain. Great for recording.

Of course, if you expect something to beat $1000+ guitars, then you will be dissapointed. But if you want an easy-carry, great sounding and nice looking guitar, this is the one.
